- 2 heads garlic (about 10 large cloves; peel and finely chop)
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Steamed Seafood
- 3 sausage links
- 3 ears of corn
- 2 lbs lobster claws
- 2 lbs King crab legs
- 2 lbs shrimp
Instructions
- Make the sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter on medium-low heat. Add garlic, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, cayenne pepper, sugar and red curry paste. Stir until combined.
- Serve: Mix with steamed seafood or serve sauce on the side.
Notes
I get my steamed King crab legs from Costco, which are incredibly salty. If you find yours to be salty too, boil them instead of steaming to reduce the saltiness.
