Sauce

Steamed Seafood

  • 3 sausage links
  • 3 ears of corn
  • 2 lbs lobster claws
  • 2 lbs King crab legs
  • 2 lbs shrimp

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter on medium-low heat. Add garlic, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, cayenne pepper, sugar and red curry paste. Stir until combined.
  2. Serve: Mix with steamed seafood or serve sauce on the side.

Notes

I get my steamed King crab legs from Costco, which are incredibly salty. If you find yours to be salty too, boil them instead of steaming to reduce the saltiness.
