Description
An old-school avocado smoothie made without a blender. Simply mash avocados with sugar and condensed milk, then serve with ice for a refreshing, chunky dessert.

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Scoop out avocado: Halve the avocado and take out the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and transfer to a glass.
- Sweeten: Add sugar and condensed milk. Smash the avocado well the sugar and condensed milk.
- Serve: Add ice and enjoy!
