Making a delicious meal doesn’t have to be difficult and time-consuming. Now with two kids in tow, I don’t have much time to slave away in the kitchen, but with a little planning, I was able to get this delicious dinner on the table in minutes.
Burger Meat:
Ground beef with a dash of steak seasoning, salt and pepper, molded into individual patties. Grilled with a slice of American cheese.
Burger topping #1:
I sliced up some white onions and mushrooms and sautéed them in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
Burger topping #2:
I popped a bunch of red bell peppers in the boiler until completely charred. Waited until cool, peeled off the skin and sliced them into stripes.
Burger topping #3:
Green lettuce.
Heated up the buns, slathered them up with mayo and ketchup, and assembled the burger.
Fries? No biggie. Frozen and precooked. Just deep fried them.
